The Susan Boyle “I’m No Longer a Virgin” Countdown Clock Has Begun.

Susan Boyle may be the only person who didn’t realize that “40 Year Old Virigin” was a comedy.
So you know who Susan Boyle is, right? She’s the frumpy, 47 year old virgin and singing sensation from England whose appearance on Britain’s Got Talent got her over 30 million hits on You Tube.
She’s been written about and her picture has been in every major magazine and newspaper including the Sunday New York Times. She has popped up on many of the major morning shows and on most of the entertainment shows.
She’s had a bit of a makeover, and now that she’s famous it’s about to happen…it’s got to happen…but when? She doesn’t need to join Facebook or eHarmony. With all the exposure and an estimated 3.3 billion men on the planet there’s got to be more than a handful of guys who’ve seen her and find her hot.
My friend Marvin is convinced she’ll find Mr. Right and get naked with him before the end of summer, around Labor Day weekend.
I’m guessing that it will be more of a year end, Christmas kind of thing.
What do you think? Will Susan Boyle still be a virgin at age 48 or has the countdown clock begun?
I realize that this is an attempt at humor and that it’s born of the modern secular worldview. Still, have you no understanding of why the woman is a virgin?
Susan is a virgin because she is a devout Catholic. The Christian teaching is that fornication (sex outside of marriage)is a sin. Period.
Susan will remain a virgin until she’s married, because she believes in the clear and unchanging teaching of the Church. It’s disrespectful to sully the woman and her faith by projecting onto her your own hedonistic modern view of sexuality (conventional wisdom, though it may be.)
